Thursday: 7:30 a.m. -6:00 p.m.
Friday school year hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. During the school year, minor emergency comfort care, only by appointment: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday summer hours: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. During the summer, minor emergency comfort care, only by appointment: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
After-hours emergencies: We have staff members on call when our office is closed. Please call our office to obtain the staff members' contact numbers from our voicemail recording.

Insurance and Flexible Spending/Health Care Spending Accounts
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies and FS/HCS accounts vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts and rules of spending accounts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them. We also have a form you can submit to your FSA/HCSA company that we have designed to explain about our treatment and payment plans.
